And you can always download some stuff online, put it in that folder and then access it in game. When you create a household - it goes to the Library (and creates files in the Tray folder). It has the prebuilds and everything that's in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray folder. There's a Library which you can access no matter if "online access" is enabled or not. There's no such thing as "offline gallery". Doesn't matter if you have the "online access" enabled or not - you can't view the gallery in a cracked game. There was a way to access it in a cracked game years ago but EA patched it. I honestly don't know where you got that stuff about the gallery. It has to have a specific content inside so just let the game create it. Even if you install the game from Steam or Origin they won't create it. But in the end it's still Documents\Electronic Arts\\Mods. Legacy Edition (32-bit version of the game) uses a different folder too - for English it's The Sims 4 Legacy Edition. Not sure if that's all, I'm too lazy to check all 18 languages. If you play in French it's Les Sims 4, German - Die Sims 4, Spanish - Los Sims 4. Remember to read our wiki before asking questions.
